Jenna Jameson Shares Her ‘Weird But Amazing’ Keto Snack

Jenna Jameson lost 80-plus pounds on the keto diet. And along the way, she’s come up with some great keto menu hacks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now she has a new favorite snack: parmesan cheese and raw almonds.

The former adult film actress, 45, posted a photo of the midday pick-me-up on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, May 7, calling the combination “weird but amazing.” The image shows raw almonds in a bowl covered with shredded cheese.

It’s not the first time Jameson has revealed specifically what she eats on the low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet. On her Instagram Highlights, the star shares videos instructing her followers on how to make everything from her roasted Savage Cabbage recipe to her cilantro salad with chicken thighs, her Beasty Bolognese, her Bomblette omelet and even a simple steak roasted in the oven above vegetables, including zucchini, broccoli, radishes and garlic cloves, so they’re flavored by the meat drippings.

And if you’re looking for a dessert to sate your sweet tooth, there’s always keto ice cream — made from, she says, “heavy whipping cream, a bunch of Stevia and a little bit of vanilla extract” shaken up in a jar then frozen.

The proud mom of 2-year-old daughter Batel, with fiancé Lior Bitton, recently celebrated one year of being on the weight loss plan that she credits for her newly slim figure. As Jameson — who knows how to expertly shut down haters — frequently talks about in the inspirational Instagram posts that show her incredible before and after pictures, she also practices intermittent fasting.

In December 2018, Jameson told Us Weekly that her diet has changed her life. “I have found my niche with keto. It’s sustainable, and I feel like my body is running at its optimal level. Intermittent fasting has helped also,” said the star. “My goals now include living a more organic life. Detoxing from garbage ingredients hidden in so many foods and embracing a holistic lifestyle. Who would have thought how my life would change in such a beautiful way? I couldn’t be happier.”
