How To Take Your Car From Chaos To Command Center
Ah, the car: Part form of personal transportation, part dumping ground for the detritus that gets left behind as we travel from point A to point B. If your family car looks like something out of an archeological dig, you’re not alone. (“Ah, yes, the fossilized Cheerio, a primary source of nourishment for the American child at the dawn of the 21st century.”) But just a few key organizational tricks can help corral the mess and create not only a clean space but one more able to serve your needs, from keeping backpacks easy to find to making the phrase “Are we there yet” extinct. (Yes, I’m talking about an iPad holder.) There are lots of purpose-built car organizers out there, and, when possible, an easy DIY with things you may already have in your home are included. The only problem we can’t solve yet: Traffic. But at least you’ll know where your coffee and sunglasses are when the time comes.
Our mission at SheKnows is to empower and inspire women, and we only feature products we think you’ll love as much as we do. Please note that if you purchase something by clicking on a link within this story, we may receive a small commission of the sale.
