Khloé Kardashian Shares Adorable Videos of True After Source Says Daughter Is Her 'Focus'
Khloé Kardashian is enjoying mommy and me time with daughter True in the wake of Tristan Thompson’s alleged cheating scandal.
Kardashian, 34, shared a sweet series of videos to Instagram Sunday featuring her and Thompson’s 10-month-old daughter playing and giggling.
In the first two videos, baby True, wearing a white dress and socks, stands as she plays with a plastic toy that reads aloud different letters of the alphabet, all while “They Can’t Take That Away From Me” by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong plays in the background.
A third video features the tot in her mother’s arms, smiling and babbling.
“What are you saying?” Kardashian can be heard saying.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also shared several quotes to her Instagram story, including a reminder of one’s own importance.
“Just a reminder in case your mind is playing tricks on you today: You matter. You’re important. You’re loved. And your presence on this earth makes a difference whether you see it or not,” the quote read.
A second quote read, “If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans,” while a third said, “And too often we forget we are worthy of our love too.”
The star also included a photo of neon hearts scattered across a red background.
The footage of True comes less than a week after the reality star’s world was rocked by allegations that Thompson, 27, had cheated on her with Jordyn Woods, the 21-year-old best friend of younger sister Kylie Jenner.
“Khloé is still hurt. She still can’t believe that Tristan hooked up with Jordyn,” a source told PEOPLE on Saturday. “Everyone thinks she will be better off now. Tristan won’t be able to hurt her again. For him to hook up with Jordyn is the ultimate betrayal.”
As for her future, “Khloé has so much to look forward to,” the insider said. “True is such an amazing little girl. Khloé has a great life with her. Khloé will focus on True and her job that she also loves.”
Woods has long been Jenner’s best friend, though a source previously told PEOPLE she was considered a member of the Kardashian’s “extended family.”
“Jordyn has been trying to reach out to Khloé, Kylie and everyone else in the family to apologize. She wants to apologize and make everything right,” a source told PEOPLE. “She’s completely remorseful.”
Kardashian has deleted all photos of Thompson, 27, shared to her Instagram account after True’s birth in April 2018. However, she is not letting her emotions get between her daughter True’s relationship with Thompson.
“She’s very good at compartmentalizing and at the end of the day, she wants True to have a happy relationship with both of her parents,” a source close to Kardashian told PEOPLE.
Kardashian appeared to reflect on the drama on Instagram Saturday, when she posted an inspiring quote about support in hard times.
“Don’t let shame keep you from asking for the support you want. Suffering is done in silence, end it with speaking up. Everyone has a dark chapter. Make your shadows go away by shining light on yours,” the quote read. “Find the encouragement and strength needed to face the sun. Remember clouds are always temporary. Believe it gets better.”
She followed the post with a second that read, “We have to accept that some people are really f—ked up and it’s not our job to heal them.”
