Nuxe Sells 45% Stake to Belgian Family Holding Company

PARIS — Nuxe’s capital structure has changed. The French family-owned beauty brand, founded by Aliza Jabès in 1988, has sold a 45.1 percent stake in the company to Sofina, a Belgian family holding company.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
