"It’s a good time to reevaluate the things that are important," McNamara tells SheKnows, noting that we should focus on living in the moment this month. "Our energy and focus are off track due to the slowing of the cosmos, so plan less and let things unfold naturally. Try not to push completion on tasks — if they can wait until next month, great!"

The slowing of the universe means that parents can be in better touch with their intuition, so it’s the perfect month to uncover hidden talents in your little ones, from sports to creative pursuits. "It’s time to listen and nurture," McNamara advises.
