Summer vacations are winding down, the days are getting shorter, and we're in the mood to buy school supplies. All of these indicates something extra wonderful: It's almost time for Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty, one of the beauty retailer's biggest sale events of the year.

For those who aren't familiar, here's the deal: Like some sort of well-contoured fairy godmother, Ulta, to the delight of beauty fans everywhere, will be slashing its prices to half-off for three weeks during the semi-annual event. This time around, the sale is rumored to take place from September 1 to September 22. What better way to satisfy that back-to-school shopping itch than with a swath of brand new beauty products? You know you need some new makeup brushes.

The beauty detectives over at HotFire.Makeup on Instagram have gotten their hands on an (unconfirmed) preview of Ulta's sale. According to the preview, numerous products from beloved brands like Too Faced, Becca, Stila, and CoverFX will all be discounted throughout the month, which means this could be your chance to snag a product you've been waiting on.
