It's no surprise that I have motherhood on the brain…and as soon as I started talking about my pregnancy I can't tell you how many people told me to check out the app @peanut ? (essentially THE fastest growing app for moms) and ask @michellekennedylon, their founder to come on the podcast!!! Fast forward a couple months, and I'm so pleased to share my convo with her ??⁣ .⁣ 1. Michelle is one of those women that you feel like you've literally known forever ?⁣ 2. She found a massive gap in the market, created an app to serve and connect women, and is helping to break a lot of the stigmas and taboos around motherhood. Whether you're pregnant like me, a new mama, or none of the above, Michelle is a complete inspiration and another reminder that we women, are truly super human #linkinbio #thebigmove

Mid week maternity style tip! ✨✨✨ I hear a lot of preggie ladies say that they find it really difficult to find maternity clothing that’s suitable for the office . . I totally hear you on this one! Adding a dose of style to your 9-5 maternity wardrobe, while still maintaining maximum comfort can be a challenge! ? . . My advice is to choose a dress that's both paycheck-savvy and easy to style (think a figure hugging dress in monochrome, navy blue, black or classic stripes), allowing for maximum versatility and comfort. Jersey knit fabrics like bamboo, cotton or viscose blended with spandex are soft and breathable and have a great amount of stretch, this will allow you to move around easily and will accommodate for your growing bump . . ❗️Warning: avoid polyester and other synthetic fibres, as they DO NOT breathe well so they can cause unnecessary sweating ?

3. A Loose Jumpsuit and Blazer

4. A Maxi Dress

5. An Oversized Sweater and Stretchy Jeans

What’s more comfortable than an oversized sweater? Pair it with some jeans and boots, if you work in a casual office, or even with stretchy tights and a skirt if you need to dress it up.

6. A Belted Midi-Dress

Like a maxi dress, midi dresses can be elevated to wear to the office. Accessories like a belt that sits comfortably above your belly can really make this outfit.

7. A Flowy, Pleated Skirt and Blouse

Grab a flowy skirt with a stretchy elastic waistband that’ll fit comfortably below your breasts, above your belly. Then pair it with a loose blouse or sweater for added comfort.

8. A Loose Mini Dress

Loosely fitted dresses are perfect for pregnancy. You can pair them with blazers, cardigans and jackets, and you can wear them bare-legged or with stretchy tights, too. You’ll feel sexy and still be cozy wearing it.
